Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead the personnel within the Slot Tech division.
- Develop effective schedules, manage labor expenses, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the budgeting process, ensure adherence to policies, and address any issues that arise.
- Encourage and uphold high standards of customer service.
- Supervise activities related to electronic gaming devices and manage inventory.
- Coordinate the installation, upkeep, and repair of slot machines.
- Formulate and execute departmental policies, procedures, and training initiatives.
- Guide the Slot Tech team to meet service excellence standards.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and communicate any concerns to Executive Management.
Qualifications:
- Preferred: Associate degree in Electronics or a related discipline, or 3+ years of experience in Slot Tech management.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Slot operating systems.
- Capable of effectively interacting with guests, staff, and peers.
- Exemplary problem-solving skills and professionalism.
- Robust analytical and mathematical skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
