We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 per year, plus an additional $15 per hour flex pay for this position, totaling up to $91,500 per year based on a 40-hour workweek.

About the Role
This exciting opportunity will allow you to work in various Lovelace facilities, including Lovelace Medical Center, Lovelace UNM Rehabilitation Hospital, Heart Hospital of New Mexico, Lovelace Women's Hospital, and Lovelace Westside Hospital. As a member of our Flex Team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, managing staff, and adhering to policies and procedures to ensure compliance and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse on our Flex Team, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing direct patient care and managing assigned staff.
  • Serving as a Charge Nurse and being accountable for professional practice.
  • Ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, regulations, and standards for compliance and patient safety.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • An Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing as a minimum.
  • A valid NM Nursing license or NM compact license within 90 days of hire.
  • BLS certification.
  • Hiring Department may also require ACLS and/or PALS.
