What Will Your Role Entail?
The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting vehicles to and from various service areas and locations as required. This role is crucial in managing vehicle flow within the facility and assisting the service team to ensure operational efficiency and organization. Additionally, the position involves providing customer transportation when necessary and maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of vehicle lots and service areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consistently greet and acknowledge customers.
  • Gather information from vehicles and conduct video inspections.
  • Facilitate the pickup and delivery of vehicles as per business requirements.
  • Transport customers to their homes, workplaces, or other requested destinations.
  • Organize and move vehicles to maintain lot order as directed.
  • Assist in cleaning the shop and service areas to uphold cleanliness in customer zones.
  • Drive vehicles to and from service lanes and designated parking spots.
  • Perform general cleaning of vehicles post-service as per standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and stock in the washroom/bay throughout the day.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and promptly report any incidents to management.
  • Support technicians and parts teams by delivering parts as needed.
  • Assist the service team with various administrative tasks such as scanning and filing.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a service or detailing environment is preferred.
