About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager to join our team at Mainstream Nonprofit Solutions. As a Case Manager, you will play a vital role in helping children and families thrive in safe and supportive environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach essential skills to children and families, such as emotional regulation, healthy relationships, and conflict resolution.
  • Connect families with community resources and develop plans to support their growth and development.
  • Advocate for improvements in the quality of life for children and families.
Requirements

We seek individuals with a strong desire to make a positive impact on the lives of children and families. A bachelor's degree in human services or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in child placement, is required.
