About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager to join our team at Mainstream Nonprofit Solutions. As a Case Manager, you will play a vital role in helping children and families thrive in safe and supportive environments.

Your primary responsibility will be to connect families with essential resources, develop personalized plans, and advocate for improvements in their quality of life. You will work closely with our team to provide emotional support, teach essential skills, and facilitate healthy relationships within families.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong desire to advocate for children and families, a passion for helping others, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should also have a bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 2 years of experience in child placement or a related field.
