At Kern River Transitional Care, we are seeking a skilled LVN Nurse to oversee the day-to-day functions of our nursing assistants and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct and supervise nursing personnel in accordance with current regulations and standards.
- Review and recommend revisions to department policies and procedures to ensure quality care and compliance.
