Responsibilities
  • Assist office staff in the Intake Department with patient intake and chart review
  • Provide assistance to Supervisors with patient phone calls and follow-up
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • 1 year of clinical healthcare experience
  • CA LVN License and BLS certification
  • Driver's license and car insurance
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of home health field experience

Please note that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire. This ongoing competency is required through resources internal to the facility; outside RQI competency resources are not acceptable for CommonSpirit Health compliance requirements.
