Key Responsibilities

  • Pharmacy Operations and Management: Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, manage inventory, and optimize workflow to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Customer Service and Communication: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to patient inquiries, and communicate effectively with healthcare providers and other stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Mentor and develop pharmacy support staff, provide guidance and coaching, and foster a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Business Acumen and Strategic Thinking: Analyze business trends, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to improve pharmacy performance and profitability.
Requirements
  • Education and Licensure: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree, active pharmacy license in the state of employment.
  • Experience and Skills: Proven experience in pharmacy operations, patient safety, and quality assurance, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a strong business acumen.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Immunization certification, DEA registration, and experience with electronic health records.
