Responsibilities:
This position is accountable for enhancing applicant flow in collaboration with designated franchise owners in targeted regions. The individual will engage with specific franchisees to assess their talent requirements and key roles within their local markets, aiding in the formulation of a thorough Recruitment Strategy with shared execution responsibilities between the Recruiter and the franchise owner.
The Talent Acquisition Support Coordinator is vital in nurturing franchise development by offering both recruitment guidance and assistance. This role will also uphold brand integrity to potential candidates and ensure a superior candidate experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; familiarity with franchising is advantageous.
- Experience in the Salon/Cosmetology sector is preferred.
- Proficient in creating and utilizing sourcing strategies and tools, including research via phone and internet.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems for sourcing, monitoring, and managing candidates.
- Strong grasp of predictive analytics and various data analysis techniques related to business.
- Self-driven with the capability to prioritize tasks, take initiative, and manage the recruitment process effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
- Capability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
- Minimum of three days at the Support Center and two days working remotely.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time may be necessary.
