Job Overview


This role supports the Human Resources team with daily and annual tasks. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a company with over 50 employees.



Key Responsibilities



  • Support HR Manager with benefits administration, including 401k, ESOP, and Health Insurance
  • Assist with year-end tasks and draft minutes for annual meetings
  • Audit payroll documentation bi-weekly


Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask
  • Familiarity with employee onboarding and termination procedures
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel)
  • Knowledge of ADP Payroll is a plus

Salary Information


The estimated salary for this position is between $60,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Located in Miami / South Florida, we offer a competitive compensation package and a dynamic work environment.
