Job Summary

As a Senior Generalist, HR, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of HR policies and programs. This role requires a strong understanding of HR fundamentals and the ability to collaborate with various areas within HR, including talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations, benefits, and learning and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business results while delivering measurable goals within the factory.
  • Implement HR initiatives and programs to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to drive staffing plans and improve DI&B efforts across the organization.
  • Design Lean Organization and Simplification (structure, processes, systems) to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development Academy leaders on all function initiatives.
Requirements
  • Core knowledge of HR fundamentals.
  • Ability to collaborate with all areas within HR.
  • Strong eye for business, project management, and technical proficiency in workplace technology and systems.
  • Demonstrable track record of communicating effectively with senior leadership and other key customers through data and insights.
  • Excellent planning skills and ability to work consistently within established guidelines.
