As a Behavioral Health Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the care of patients with mental health needs. Under the supervision of a registered nurse, you will assist in providing individualized care to help patients achieve their highest level of physical and mental wellness.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in performing designated clinical procedures and non-clinical support tasks essential to nursing care.
  • Support unit operational tasks and duties.
  • Perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
Qualifications

We prefer candidates with a high school diploma and/or nurse assistant training course completion.

Preferred licensure and experience include Behavioral Health, Psych, or Direct Support Professional.
