- Location: Houston, TX
- Assignment Duration: 6 months+
- Work Schedule: M-F / 40 hours + / hybrid schedule with 3 days in office

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate comprehensive inventories of Greenhouse Gas, Criteria Pollutant, and Hazardous Air Pollutant emissions for regulatory reporting and stakeholder engagement.
- Conduct data collection, quality assurance, and entry for emissions calculations, and analyze results for regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and submit annual e-GGRT Reports, ensuring timely and accurate responses to agency inquiries.
- Adhere to established data collection, calculation, and QA/QC protocols, as well as company and regulatory standards.
- Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy in emissions reporting.
- Support both internal and external audit processes.
- Maintain effective communication with the Permitting team, Business Units, and IT regarding data sources.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of state Emissions Inventories.
- Promote sustainable environmental practices within the organization, focusing on reducing air emissions and conserving natural resources.
- Engage in additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant Environmental field or Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in air quality management.
- Experience with air emissions modeling tools (e.g., Symmetry, ProMax, or HYSYS).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and experience in PowerPoint presentations.
- Strong project management capabilities with minimal supervision.
- Effective communication skills with operations, management, and executive teams.
- Detail-oriented with a knack for organizing and analyzing complex data sets.
