Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate comprehensive inventories of Greenhouse Gas, Criteria Pollutant, and Hazardous Air Pollutant emissions for regulatory reporting and stakeholder engagement.
  • Conduct data collection, quality assurance, and entry for emissions calculations, and analyze results for regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare and submit annual e-GGRT Reports, ensuring timely and accurate responses to agency inquiries.
  • Adhere to established data collection, calculation, and QA/QC protocols, as well as company and regulatory standards.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy in emissions reporting.
  • Support both internal and external audit processes.
  • Maintain effective communication with the Permitting team, Business Units, and IT regarding data sources.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of state Emissions Inventories.
  • Promote sustainable environmental practices within the organization, focusing on reducing air emissions and conserving natural resources.
  • Engage in additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant Environmental field or Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in air quality management.
  • Experience with air emissions modeling tools (e.g., Symmetry, ProMax, or HYSYS).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and experience in PowerPoint presentations.
  • Strong project management capabilities with minimal supervision.
  • Effective communication skills with operations, management, and executive teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a knack for organizing and analyzing complex data sets.
