Position Overview

This role provides assistance across a diverse range of applications by identifying, researching, and resolving technical issues. The position involves working various shifts from Monday to Friday and offering 24/7 support as required.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver technical assistance to employees and clients, addressing a variety of issues.

- Diagnose and rectify hardware and software challenges.

- Investigate problems utilizing available resources.

- Support logical security measures, including user provisioning tasks.

- Document, track, and monitor interactions using the designated ticketing system.

- Recognize and escalate urgent situations as necessary.

- Manage and direct incidents and requests to the appropriate teams, documenting resolutions when applicable.

- Operate under general supervision while assisting team members.

- Contribute to the creation of departmental standard operating procedures.

- Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in information systems or a related field is preferred.

- Proficient understanding of fundamental operations of Windows, Microsoft Office, and other emerging technologies is essential.

- Familiarity with banking applications is advantageous.

- Experience in customer service best practices and supporting a corporate environment is necessary.

- Relevant experience and training in troubleshooting and providing technical support are required.

- Telecommuting options may be available.
