Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in information systems or a related field is preferred.
- Proficient understanding of fundamental operations of Windows, Microsoft Office, and other emerging technologies is essential.
- Familiarity with banking applications is advantageous.
- Experience in customer service best practices and supporting a corporate environment is necessary.
- Relevant experience and training in troubleshooting and providing technical support are required.
- Telecommuting options may be available.
