We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our Cardiac Imaging Lab team at OhioHealth. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will be responsible for operating imaging devices, such as PET-CT and D-SPECT, and ensuring the safe handling of radioactive materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate imaging devices, including PET-CT and D-SPECT
- Ensure the safe handling of radioactive materials
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or related field
- Registered with the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) as a Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (CNMT)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ohio Department of Health (ODH) Radiologic License as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Work Environment:
This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team setting.
