About the Role: Focus Staff is seeking a certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week contract position in Columbus, GA. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures, acquiring and processing patient studies, and maintaining accurate records. Your strong communication skills and attention to detail will be essential in providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic nuclear medicine procedures, including acquiring and processing patient studies.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of patient examinations and procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff to ensure seamless care.
Requirements:
- Current Basic Life Support certification for Health Care Providers.
- BSN from an accredited nursing program and proper licensure.
- At least 2 years of experience in Nuclear Medicine.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
