Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm welcome to every customer, ensuring they have an unforgettable experience that encourages repeat visits.
  • Achieve and surpass daily sales targets.
  • Serve as a sales leader within your store.
  • Mentor and support your team in reaching sales objectives.
  • Foster a vibrant and enchanting atmosphere in your store.
  • Assist the Store Manager with all aspects of store operations.
  • Maintain the store's appearance, ensuring products are displayed attractively.
  • Handle opening and closing duties, manage the cash register, and conduct inventory counts.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and be a valuable team player.
  • Take ownership of the store and exhibit a proactive attitude.
  • Be reliable and committed to exceeding expectations.
  • Communicate effectively, making customers feel valued and welcomed.
  • Work independently, adapt quickly, and solve problems efficiently.
  • Possess experience in a sales-focused environment, able to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and manage numerical tasks.
