Restaurant Ambassador

The ideal candidate for this role will be a friendly and welcoming individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service. As a Lobby Attendant at Pollo Campero, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet customers in a warm and inviting manner
• Assist with food preparation and presentation
• Take orders and deliver food to tables
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Ensure that all restrooms are clean and fully stocked
• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping and mopping the dining area
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and healthy environment

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Preferred: Fluency in English and Spanish
• Preferred: 1+ year of experience in a similar role
• Ability to lift and push 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must follow company Personal Care and Hygiene policies
• Must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents
