Job Summary

The Front of House Host will be responsible for welcoming and seating customers, taking orders, and ensuring that our customers' needs are met throughout their dining experience. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and seat customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Take orders and deliver them to the respective tables.
  • Assist with packaging bread, tortillas, cookies, sauces, and other products.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including sweeping and mopping the floor and cleaning windows.
  • Ensure that the restrooms are clean and fully stocked.
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy environment for employees and customers.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Preferred: Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Preferred: 1+ year of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to lift and push 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for long periods.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must follow the company's Personal Care and Hygiene policies.
  • Must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents.

Benefits

As a Front of House Host at Pollo Campero, you will enjoy a competitive salary of $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience and location. We also offer benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan and paid time off.
