We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Health LPN to join our team at YesCare. As a member of our healthcare team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Initiate the admission process and assist with identifying recurrent health problems, symptoms, and behavioral changes of inmates.
  • Collect pertinent data through observation, interview, and communication with other healthcare providers.
  • Record all data obtained through assessment in the inmate's medical record.
  • Assist in forming a written plan, identifying short-term and long-term goals, and setting priorities for care.
  • Administer routine and PRN medications as ordered, and assist with minor medical/surgical procedures.
  • Document prescribed treatments and keep the healthcare team informed of observations and changing conditions.
