Clinical Mental Health Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Psychologist to join our team at Supportive Care, a leading behavioral health care company providing comprehensive services to skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and memory care communities across the United States.
As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality mental health services to vulnerable, disabled, and at-risk elderly populations. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions to residents of skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and memory care communities.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Licensed Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.D.)
- 2+ years of experience in geropsychology or a related field.
- Strong understanding of evidence-based treatments and best practices in geriatric care.
