We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Rehabilitation to join our team at Above All Talent Solutions. As a Director of Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for overseeing the rehabilitation services provided to patients in long-term care facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of therapists to ensure high-quality patient care and outcomes
- Develop and implement rehabilitation programs that meet the needs of patients and facilities
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
