Director of Rehabilitation COTA OT

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Rehabilitation to join our team at Above All Talent Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the rehabilitation services provided to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech therapy, and extensive experience in the field of rehabilitation. You will be responsible for reviewing reports from each individual patient requiring rehabilitation, and ensuring that all therapists working under your direction are responding to the patients within the facility adequately.

As a Director of Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for creating and implementing programs with our clients inside the facility. You will also be required to provide hands-on services to patients, and to determine if patients are able to be released from rehab. This position requires frequent walking to follow up on patients' progress, and meetings with patients to determine their readiness for release.
