Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Media Planning Strategist to join our team at TBWA\\(Chiat\\\(Day) in Los Angeles. This role requires a skilled professional with 10+ years of experience in media planning or communications planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Navigate complex business challenges and orchestrate multi-tiered, multi-objective marketing efforts.
  • Craft exceptional Connections strategies that bring innovative thinking to creative and strategy teams.
  • Guide creative development and recommend the best set of deliverables to fulfill objectives.
  • Grow the team & practice by building the Connections discipline and leading internal and external workshares.
  • Provide POVs in a quick, efficient manner and distill information into key themes and takeaways.
  • Actively contribute and bring your voice to the table, leveraging your influence to sell-in and defend work.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in media planning or communications planning for at least 2 categories: Entertainment, Food/Beverage/CPG, Finance, B2B, Tech, Travel, Healthcare, Home Improvement.
  • Track record of exceptional Connections strategy outputs and ability to own and lead internal and external workshops and brainstorms.
  • Strategic client partner and fearless team leader with experience managing across multiple clients and teams.
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple IAT agencies, publishers, and across internal departments.
What We Offer
  • Annual salary range: $150,000 - $200,000, depending on experience.
  • Relocation costs covered, if applicable.
