About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Estimator to join our team in Winston Salem, NC. As a key member of our preconstruction team, you will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating, with experience working with blueprints, specifications, and bid documents. You will also be proficient in utilizing scheduling software, CAE and CAD applications, and have excellent computer literacy skills.

The estimated salary for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life, and retirement plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects
  • Review blueprints, specifications, and bid documents
  • Utilize scheduling software, CAE and CAD applications
  • Collaborate with project teams to establish project requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
  • Five years of experience in construction estimating, with at least 2+ years in construction estimating capacity
  • Proficient in scheduling software, CAE and CAD applications
  • Excellent computer literacy skills
