As the Clinical Supervisor, you will oversee the coordination of healthcare services within the Radiology departments. Your role will include managing operational, financial, and personnel functions related to radiology services. You will provide leadership, guidance, and performance evaluation to ensure departmental objectives are met. Demonstrating initiative and a commitment to excellence, you will influence, motivate, train, and mentor staff members. You will take charge of assignments, special projects, and additional tasks as required.
Collaboration with other departments is essential to address challenges, foster cooperation, and disseminate information that aligns with our standards for quality patient care. You will also assist staff and modality leaders with any PACS-related issues and system corrections.
Additionally, you will perform routine diagnostic and therapeutic radiographic procedures, ensuring the production of high-quality images.
Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, candidates must be graduates of an accredited two-year Radiologic Technology program recognized by the Council of Medical Education of the AMA. Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required, along with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in a hospital environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience as a lead or clinical instructor for at least one year is preferred.
