Are you looking for a career that combines customer service with vehicle maintenance? As a Customer Service Representative Fueler/Washer at Penske, you will be the face of our company, greeting customers and ensuring their vehicles are fueled and clean before they hit the road.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide exceptional service
  • Perform vehicle readiness inspections to ensure tires, fluids, and basic maintenance items are complete
  • Help maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and associates
  • Assist in building skills through training and hands-on coaching to perform minor repairs
  • Complete other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to move frequently, stand, walk, climb, bend, and sit for extended periods

  • Ability to work safely at heights using applicable ladders and elevated working platforms
  • Ability to safely work in all weather conditions
