Position Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Data and Specimen Management Associate to join our Translational Science Team in Boston, MA. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the management of laboratory projects and protocols.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years of experience working in an oncology clinical research setting and excellent written and oral communication skills. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a life science discipline is required, with a Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with delinquency monitoring pertaining to specimen submissions for both active trials and retrospective studies on archived tissue.
  • Review team documentation and SOPs as needed.
  • Assume responsibility for multiple special projects, as assigned.
Requirements
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience working in an oncology clinical research setting.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and other related systems applications.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Estimated salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
