As a Healthcare Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients heal using TMS treatment. Your primary responsibility will be assisting patients during their treatment journey.

We offer an estimated salary of $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience, and provide benefits such as insurance (medical, dental, vision) and 401K. You will also receive 20 days off annually (10 PTO days and 10 Holidays).

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma/GED and at least three years of work experience in customer service. Strong communication and de-escalation skills are essential for this role.
