Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional patient care in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit, utilizing the nursing process to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient experiences and outcomes.
- Prioritize patient wellness, safety, and quality care, adhering to evidence-based practices.
- Model proficiency through precepting new team members and contributing to a culture of excellence.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest knowledge and innovations in Perioperative care, embracing a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- 6 months RN experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship program.
- ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire.
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.
