Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner

At Secret Med Spa, we're on a mission to empower individuals to elevate their natural beauty through high-performance injectables, lasers, and aesthetics. As an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner, you'll play a vital role in helping us achieve this vision.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all functional aspects of Clinical Operations, providing training, evaluations, and coaching to clinical staff.
- Create, update, and maintain Standing Orders, consent forms, and treatment forms.
- Work with Medical Directors to ensure standing delegation orders are in place and maintain annual reviews.
- Meet with Medical Directors monthly to discuss clinical information and relay pertinent details.
- Host monthly Midlevel meetings to maintain consistent standards across locations.
- Ensure accurate documentation of treatment in patient/client medical records.
- Perform in-depth interviews with patients, reviewing risks and benefits, obtaining signed consents, and providing skin consultations.
- Communicate educational needs to staff members and ensure all medical protocols are in place.
- Resolve patient/client clinical concerns in a timely manner with the General Manager or Clinical Department.
- Research leading medical skin care lines, new technologies, and services to increase revenue and profits.
- Registered Nurse License and Active Nurse Practitioner License.
- American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers (CPR and AED) Program.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification beneficial.
- Experience as an Aesthetic injector (1+ years).
