Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented CT Technologist to perform computed tomography procedures utilizing General Electric Revolution, Lightspeed, Brightspeed, and HD750 Computerized Tomography Systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of cross-sectional anatomy and CT procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform computed tomography procedures according to established operating procedures, clinical protocols, and imaging techniques.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of inpatients and outpatients to ensure efficient utilization of CT equipment and personnel.
  • Perform Quality Assurance Tests on CT equipment to ensure optimal image quality and equipment performance.
  • Obtain patient history and other relevant clinical information; document all patient information on appropriate forms in preparation for review and dictation by a radiologist.
  • Starts IVs using appropriate technique, prepares and administers contrast material, and monitors patient condition during the CT procedure.
Requirements:
  • 12-24 months experience in radiology.
  • Graduate of Radiologic Technology program.
  • ARRT Registry (RT) certification.
  • IDNS License.
  • CPR certification.
  • IV Certification within 3 months of date of hire.
  • CT Registration within 6 months of date of hire.
Working Conditions:
  • Able to respond to requests to work on short notice.
  • Flexible in starting times to meet demand.

  • Must take call.
