About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Medical Services Specialist PRN to join our team As a Medical Services Specialist PRN, you will conduct home visits, review medical history, and provide personalized recommendations for improvement. This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.

Job Summary:

  • Conduct home visits, medical history reviews, and provide treatment plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, case managers, and social workers to ensure seamless patient care
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to promote healthy behaviors and self-management

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Nursing or related field and current licensure as an NP or PA
  • Board certification in a Matrix-approved specialty
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to travel to patient homes and other locations

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Estimated monthly salary: $2,300 - $11,500
