About the Role

Heritage Werks, Inc. is seeking an Executive Assistant Director to oversee the daily operations of our corporate headquarters. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in office management, executive assistantship, or a similar role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and professional work environment, coordinating with vendors, and providing administrative support to the leadership team.

This is a full-time on-site position that requires occasional support for our satellite facilities. The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership Support: Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating company events.
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our corporate headquarters and satellite facilities.
  • Vendor Coordination: Schedule and coordinate routine servicing with vendors including cleaning, security, IT support, heavy machinery maintenance, and landscaping.
  • HR Support: Assist with scheduling and coordinating onsite interviews, onboarding sessions, and training as needed.
  • IT Support: Liaise with the IT department to ensure the smooth operation of office technology and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: BA in Office Administration, Business Management, or a related field preferred. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in office management, executive assistantship, or a similar role.
  • Skillset: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, ability to communicate clearly and diplomatically, proficiency in managing tight deadlines, and financial acumen.
