About the Role

Penn State Health is seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to join our team in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. As a Radiation Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our Cancer Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for identifying and maintaining data on all cancer patients following the Cancer Program Standards as set forth by the ACOS Commission on Cancer and the Pennsylvania Cancer Registry regulations.
  • Provides statistical information and handles study requests and special projects as needed.
  • Serves as a technical resource for the Cancer Institute.
  • Performs duties to support the goals and objectives of Penn State Health in its efforts to provide quality care, regulatory, and accrediting organization compliance, and staff and provider satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Certified Tumor Registrar (CTR) or Oncology Data Specialist-Certified (ODS-C)
