Job Description

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) & Paraprofessional Teacher at Roman Empire ABA Services, Inc., you will provide one-on-one therapy services with clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in their home. This part-time entry-level role offers flexible hours and great opportunities to learn and advance in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA).

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or related field preferred
  • RBT Certification required; commit to acquiring within 90 days if not certified
  • Previous work experience with ABA and Autism preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
  • DOE; up to $30 p/hour
  • Reliable transportation and valid insurance for travel throughout the service area
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs., submit required documents, communicate effectively, and pass state and federal background checks
