About the Role

This role is ideal for experienced professionals who are passionate about Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and want to take their skills to the next level. As an Expert ABA Therapist, you will work closely with our team of BCBA certified therapists to provide high-quality services to clients in various settings, including schools, homes, and clinics.

Our interventions focus on identifying strengths, building upon those strengths, and teaching skills that are socially valid to individuals and their families. We prioritize functional communication, replacement behaviors, and compassionate approaches to de-escalate and diffuse challenging situations.

You will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, receiving ongoing supervision, training, and support from our experienced leadership team. Our goal is to help you grow professionally and personally, while making a positive impact in the lives of our clients.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in psychology, child development, education, or another human services field
  • Experience working with individuals of various ages and disabilities
  • RBT Certification and NV LRBT qualifications
  • The ability to move quickly and engage in physical interventions when needed

We also require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for working with individuals with autism and other neurodiversities.
