Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Leadership: Provide strategic financial guidance and oversight to ensure the company's financial health and stability.
  • Accounting and Reporting: Maintain accurate and compliant financial records, including balance sheet accounts, and prepare financial statements and reports.
  • Cash Management: Oversee cash management, including billing, collections, and cash disbursements.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation programs.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts, and analyze financial performance.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws, and identify and mitigate financial risks.
Requirements
  • Experience: 15 years of progressively responsible experience in accounting and finance, including experience as a controller or head of finance in a company with annual sales of at least $20 million.
  • Credentials: BS degree in accounting, MBA preferred, and certification as a CPA.
  • Skills: Strong accounting and financial management skills, including experience with accrual accounting, GAAP, and financial analysis.
