Responsibilities

  • Aware of patient status and condition at all times
  • Develops and implements an individualized plan of care for each patient that addresses their unique physical, emotional, and social needs
  • Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal care delivery and coordination
  • Carefully evaluates patient responses to treatment and makes necessary adjustments to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to enhance quality of care and promote patient satisfaction

Requirements

  • RN licensure in the state of New York
  • Current BLS certification
  • 1 year of acute care experience

Salary Information

This role offers a competitive hourly rate between $33.00 and $33.99, reflecting the importance of this position in delivering exceptional patient care.
