Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Insider Risk Management program. As the Head of Insider Risk Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the prevention, detection, and investigation of internal threats to our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Insider Risk Management Strategies: Design and implement effective strategies to prevent, detect, and respond to insider threats, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our sensitive information.
  • Lead the Insider Risk Management Team: Manage a team of professionals responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating insider risks, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with various teams, including Risk Management, Compliance, Legal, and IT, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of insider risks and effective mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and Maintain Insider Risk Management Policies and Procedures: Create and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Conduct Risk Assessments and Investigations: Conduct regular risk assessments and investigations to identify and mitigate insider threats, ensuring the integrity of our organization's sensitive information.
  • Provide Training and Awareness Programs: Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on insider risk management best practices, ensuring a culture of awareness and compliance.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Developments: Stay current with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging threats to ensure our organization remains proactive in mitigating insider risks.

Requirements

  • Advanced Degree in a Relevant Field: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Risk Management, Cybersecurity, or Business Administration, with a strong emphasis on risk management and compliance.
  • Minimum 15 Years of Experience: Proven experience in risk management, cybersecurity, or a related field, with a strong understanding of insider threats and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Strong Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate insider threats.
  • Knowledge of Regulatory Requirements: Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to insider risk management.
