We are seeking a skilled and friendly Dining Room Associate to join our team at Hillside - a HumanGood community. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and guests.
Key Responsibilities- Set up, clear, and clean the dining room to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for our residents and guests.
- Take menu orders and serve meals in a timely and gracious manner.
- Provide quality customer service to residents and guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive dining experience for all.
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a food service or hospitality setting.
- 1+ years of prior food service, fast food, or restaurant experience required.
- Prior experience working with seniors is a plus.
- Food Handler's or ServSafe certification is a plus.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
