Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrated expertise in configuring SAP Vistex and SAP SD.
- Proficient in ABAP, collaborating effectively with developers on new features.
- In-depth understanding of Vistex Paybacks & Chargebacks, Billback Claims Management, Ship & Debit processes, as well as Accruals & Settlement.
- Experience managing VAT taxes within Vistex for European markets.
- Knowledgeable in EDI IDOC processes related to claim and agreement management.
- Familiarity with ITSM/Service Desk ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize incidents based on their business impact.
- Exceptional communication abilities, including experience in drafting functional documentation.
- Experience providing global Vistex support across various regions (US, Asia, Europe).
- Understanding of Customer and Material master data utilized in Vistex processes.
- Prepare functional and technical specifications for enhancements, conduct unit testing, and oversee system testing.
- Develop comprehensive test scripts for all business processes and assist in integration testing.
- Manage EDI IDOC for both outbound and inbound claim creation, as well as claim and agreement responses.
- Implement enhancements following a Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) methodology.
- Deliver global Vistex support, ensuring prompt incident resolution across the US, Asia, and Europe.
- Investigate and resolve SAP Vistex issues through OSS, including the evaluation, application, and testing of OSS notes.
- Create training documentation and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Engage effectively with clients and users, providing technical support and solutions.
- Manage new enhancement requests, gather business requirements, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
