  • Providing clients with insights on warranty coverage, potential savings, and the benefits of trading in versus repairing their vehicle.
  • Overseeing the workflow and scheduling within the service department.
  • Contacting clients to update them on service modifications or vehicle pick-up times.
  • Maintaining positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Ensuring all service details and costs are communicated clearly to clients and processing their payments.
  • Coordinating with technicians regarding parts orders and ensuring availability when required.

Qualifications:

  • An associate's degree in automotive technology or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the automotive sector is beneficial.
  • A solid understanding of automotive technology and industry practices.
  • Proficiency in industry-specific software.
  • Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • The capability to communicate effectively with technicians, clients, and management.
