About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with residents and their families through person-centered care
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Participate in community events and activities that promote socialization and engagement
Requirements
  • Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and support to seniors
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; certifications in gerontology or a related field preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check
