Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Caregiver Specialist to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Caregiver Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and services to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

About the Role

\

As a Caregiver Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming\
  • Developing meaningful relationships with our residents and their families\
  • Participating in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates\
  • Maintaining a safe and clean environment for our residents\
  • Responding to the dining needs of our residents and guests while maintaining Sunrise hospitality and service standards\

What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plans, and paid time off.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills\
  • A positive attitude and flexibility to perform various duties in service to our residents\
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with some college coursework or certifications preferred\
  • Previous experience working with seniors is a plus\
