Position Overview:

We are seeking dedicated individuals for the role of NIGHT COOK. This position is available for both full-time and part-time schedules, focusing on evening and weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-quality meals following standardized recipes to ensure consistency and excellence.
  • Serve and present meals with attention to portion control and presentation standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, ensuring all areas are sanitized and organized.
  • Utilize proper food handling techniques to store or dispose of excess food safely.
  • Keep kitchen equipment in good working order and report any maintenance issues promptly.
  • Assist with inventory management, including ordering and receiving supplies as needed.
  • Document service records and adhere to established ticket collection procedures.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a high-volume cooking environment is essential. Candidates should possess a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Compensation and Benefits:
