Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities, including bathing and grooming.
- Perform light housekeeping and homemaking tasks.
- Support the monitoring of vital signs and patient assessments under the guidance of a registered nurse.
- Help implement individualized care plans for clients.
- Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to clients.
Qualifications:
- Current CNA certification in the state of Minnesota.
- A minimum of one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar environments.
- Experience with geriatric care, including Alzheimer's and dementia.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- A genuine desire to assist others with a positive and respectful demeanor.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
