The Youth and Family Program Manager is tasked with overseeing the Kidzone and Camp initiatives. The Manager will focus on program operations, development, participant satisfaction, and staff management.

Key Responsibilities:

  3. Engage in direct service activities for approximately 60% of the work time.
  4. Recruit, onboard, and mentor team members.

  6. Ensure the safety and functionality of equipment through regular inspections.
  7. Manage payroll processes efficiently.
  8. Support fundraising initiatives and foster community engagement.

Technical Responsibilities:
