Job Title: Endoscopy Technician

Inova Health System is seeking a skilled Endoscopy Technician to join our team in Burke, Virginia.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist with endoscopy procedures, maintain equipment, and ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain endoscopy equipment and instruments
  • Assist with endoscopy procedures, including patient preparation and recovery
  • Monitor and maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Document evidence of self-development activities
  • Recognize and report safety hazards
  • Assist with daily operations and troubleshoot equipment
  • Provide educational sessions and support departmental goals
Requirements
  • Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
  • 2 years of experience as an Endoscopy Technician
  • High School diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
