Position Overview:
We are looking for a proficient and committed Commercial Roofing Technician.

As an essential part of our roofing crew, your responsibilities will include the installation and upkeep of various commercial roofing systems, ensuring compliance with the highest quality and safety standards.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain a variety of roofing systems, including BUR, EPDM, single-ply, coatings, and other low-slope roofing solutions.
  • Safely operate and maintain industry-standard tools and equipment.
  • Comply with OSHA regulations and company safety protocols to foster a safe working environment.
  • Perform tasks under various weather conditions, demonstrating physical agility and endurance.
  • Climb and work on ladders, lifting and carrying materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Effectively communicate with team members, supervisors, and other personnel.

Qualifications:
  • Preferred minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial roofing.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass a background check, pre-employment drug screening, and physical examination.
  • Strong work ethic with keen attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions.
